Arceagle Return Policy

All applicable returns for purchases from ArcEagle.com will be accepted within 30 days of the ship date provided the terms and conditions below have been fully met. To start the Returns process, please see the instructions and information below:

Returns & Exchanges Instructions

1. All garments or merchandise must be in NEW condition, meaning that the garment or merchandise has not been worn, washed, altered, and/or damaged (including, but not limited to, physical damage, liquid damage, and/or smoke damage [cigarettes or cigars, fire, etc.]).

2. If any, all tags should be attached.

3. Completely fill out the return/exchange form below and return it with your merchandise.

Important Shipping Information

1. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2. Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be in the same form as the payment type used to complete the original transaction.

3. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the allotted 30-day time frame.

4. If you have an exchange that is of the same dollar amount as your original purchase, no additional shipping or handling fees will be charged.
